Tradewater announces leadership transition
- September 10, 2026
Tradewater today announced a leadership transition as Kirsten Dueck steps down from her role as Chief Executive Officer. Kirsten joined Tradewater to help lead the company’s transition from founder-led management and position the organization for its next chapter. Tradewater is grateful for her leadership and contributions during this important period.
As part of the transition, Tradewater’s C-suite will collectively report directly to the company’s holding company. The team has extensive knowledge of the business, its priorities and its mission, and is well positioned to provide continuity as Tradewater pursues growth opportunities.
Tradewater remains focused on its strategy and growth plans, including its goal of eliminating at least 30 million tons of climate impact by 2030. With a strong leadership team and continued support from the holding company, Tradewater is well positioned to build on its momentum, scale its impact and advance its climate mitigation impact.
