Sources of Personal Information 

• Directly From You. Tradewater collects information you provide to us when you use our Services or when you otherwise interact with us. For example, we collect the information you provide when you create a profile, post on our website, share images with us, purchase credits, or otherwise interact with us. This also includes information that you provide by filling in forms to use our Services, such as information you provide to us at the time of purchasing our carbon offset credits, signing up for and participating in our programs or features, and/or placing orders on our website. Types of Personal Information we may collect directly from you include your name, username and password, postal address, email address, phone number, and business contact information. 

• From Vendors & Third Parties. Tradewater also collects Personal Information from our vendors and from third parties who disclose Personal Information to us.  

• Via Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies. Tradewater collects Personal Information passively via cookies and other tracking technologies (“Cookies”). For example, we use Cookies to operate our website, analyze information about Users’ use of our websites, personalize our Users’ experience when they use our Services, and for marketing purposes, including through use of targeted advertising. This typically includes information about our website visitors, such as your IP address, the name of your operating system, the name and version of your browser, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you visit. How We Disclose Personal Information 

We disclose the categories of Personal Information listed in the “Types of Personal Information We Collect” section, above, in the following contexts: 

• To our Vendors. We disclose the Personal Information we collect to our vendors who act on our behalf. For example, we use vendors to operate our Services, process payments, and to help us with our promotional efforts. These vendors may need Personal Information about you to perform their obligations. We impose contractual limitations on our vendors’ use of Personal Information they collect in conjunction with providing services to us. 

• To Third Parties for Marketing Purposes. We disclose Personal Information to third parties, including social media platforms and other advertisers, for marketing purposes. Cross-Border Data Transfers
